A few days ago I talked about the Nuvo Vino Infrared Wine Thermometer, but I just found a better wine thermometer. It’s infrared, just like the Nuvo Vino, but you don’t need to open the bottle to see what temperature the wine is. Just point it towards the bottle and it will measure the infrared heat signature. This way, you never have to open a bottle unless its at optimal temperature. It even has a corkscrew to open it when it reaches the right temperature. On the side you can see the optimal temperature for 6 different kinds of wine.
