The Lenovo IdeaPad U8 MID is now just a concept idea that will combine an Intel Atom processor with your usual wireless connections. Probably it will also include 3G and EDGE connections.

It will have a 4.8“ touch screen and the user will be making calls only by using the 12-button phone keypad on the right of the screen. Lenovo IdeaPad U8 MID will include a customized version of Linux Distro, but with Microsoft Office document support.

Although this phone has a touch screen, you can also navigate it using the optical mouse included into the little bull’s eye looking thing you see next to the screen.

In addition to all the above mentioned features, it will include GPS, e-mail and calendar software, finance software, a camera and also handwritten notes.
