In the following days, a new mobile phone will be available in France: the GPS PDA Phone Airis T482. It will be sold in two different packages: the first one will cost 424 € and will include France-only maps while the second one will provide European wide coverage and will cost 478 €.
This phone is a quad-band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) device with a 3.2-inch touchscreen and includes both WiFi and Bluetooth. It will run on a Marvel PXA270 processor or on a Philips Grangonfly SS6120 and will include 128 MB ROM, 64 MB RAM, FM Radio, MicroSD card slot and Windows Mobile 6.
For navigation you will use GPS chip SiFRStar III and CoPilot Live 7 software.
The GPS PDA Phone Airis T482 measures only 125×62×14 mm and weights 165 grams.
