The BenQ Joybook series have a new member: the Joybook X31. 

Measuring only 1-inch in thickness and weighting 1.60 Kg without the battery, this notebook boasts a 13.3-inch LED display with 300 nits brightness, HDMI connectivity, biometric fingerprint sensor, Intel Core 2 Duo LV L7500 processor with 1.6GHz speeds and nVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT video card with 512MB memory. The case is entirely made from resistant magnesium-aluminum alloy.

The laptop runs on Windows Vista operating system, integrating the Mobile Intel PM965 Express Chipset, up to 4GB RAM memory, up to 250GB HDD storage, a 8X DVD Super-Multi optical drive, a battery of up to 6-cell Lithium-Ion for 3.5 hours of operating time, modem, Ethernet connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 2x 1.5W speaker system, microphone, high definition audio, and built-in 3MP web camera.
