Any laptop owner knows that when you decide to buy a universal battery you must be sure you get the right voltage. You can just guess but if you’re guess is not correct you can damage your notebook.

APC has released a universal battery on the market and they say this will solve all your voltage problems. This device is available in two versions: 70-watt and 90-watt and it can easily detect the correct voltage for your laptop. It also includes two USB ports that you can use to charge you phone or even your iPod.

The 90-watt model has an 8 hours life-time and costs $225 while the 70-watt version is only $135.
