These days, Garmin officially released the Oregon 200, 300, and 400 nav units and this later includes the 400c, 400t, and 400i.
They are waterproof and feature high-sensitivity receivers and 3-inch touchscreens. The 400c was especially developed for sea anglers with chart coverage for the coastal US and Bahamas, the 400i is for fresh-water fishers while the 400t includes US topographic maps in 3D.
Oregon 300 offers a worldwide basemap while the 200 gives you only a basic one. That being said, these units from Garmin weight 6.8 ounces, are powered by AA batteries and support microSD cards. You can buy the 200 for $479.99, the 300 for $533.32 and the 400 for $639.99.
