Canon is hitting the market with two new printers: the PIXMAP MP480 and the PIXMA MP190. Both of them are all-in-one devices that feature Auto Scan Mode. This means it can recognize the scanned document if it’s a Post Card, Photo, Business Card, Newspaper, Magazine or Document. Depending in the image type it will crop and save the files to a JPEG or PDF format.
The printers use Canon’s two-cartridge, four-color FINE (Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology, ChromaLife 100 and 100+ dye ink systems and Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II (PP-201).
In addition to all that you can use the Photo Album 3”x3” and print small pocket-sized albums.
Canon MP480 is priced at $99.99, the MP190 costs $69.99 and if you want you can equip them with a BU-30 Bluetooth adapter for an extra $49.99.
