After a long waiting period, Lenovo has decided to unveil its new most powerful laptops: the W500 and the W700.
The first one is priced at $1,629 and features a 15.4-inch WSXGA+ display, a 2.53GHz Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 CPU, an ATI Mobility FireGL V5700, 1GB of DDR3 RAM, 100GB of storage space, WiFi, a DVD combo drive and a 6-cell battery while running on Vista Home Premium.
Next in line comes the more expensive W700 ($2,978) with a 17” WXGA+ display, Intel Core 2 Duo T9400 CPU, 2GB of DDR3 RAM, a 160GB Hard drive and NVIDIA Quadro FX-2700 graphic card.
That being said you should know that the W500 will be ready for orders in 2 weeks while the W700 will be available at the end of September.
