After releasing the 2go PC laptop, CTL decided to hit the stores once again with their newest nettop PC.

The machine is pretty affordable (from $149 to $299) and can be customized according to the customer’s preferences. The basic configuration features Intel Atom 230 processor, Intel DG945GCLF motherboard, 1GB of Kingston DDR2 RAM, a GMA 950 graphics accelerator, USB 2.0, Ethernet and can support only 1 optical drive and 1 HDD.

For $199 the Essential Plus Ubuntu will have all the above + an 80GB 7,200 HDD, an extra 512 MB of RAM and obviously Ubuntu while the Essential Performance Edition ($299) runs on Windows XP Home and uses 1GB of Ram and an 160GB HDD.
