In September 25th, Samsung announced their new 8 megapixel M8800 Bresson also known as Pixon. This new cameraphone sports a 3.2 inch touch screen display with an on-screen keyboard and an auto-focusing camera with blink detection, advanced shake reduction and face recognition. Beside from shooting splendid pictures, the camera can also record 30 fps clips using two resolutions: 720×480 and 640×480 pixels.
In addition to all that the spec list includes also an integrated GPS receiver, a microSD card slot and obviously FM radio. Unfortunately the WiFi feature is missing and that’s a big No No these days.
According to some rumors, the Pixon will be available on the market starting 10th of November with a price tag of $800.
