Portwell is one of the first companies that came up with the Atom-based nano-ITX board.
This Linux-friendly piece of hardware measures only just 4.72- x 4.72- x 0.65-inches and offers full support for Intel’s Silverthorne Atom featuring embedded audio, a gigabit Ethernet jack and six USB 2.0 ports.
The mobo is available in two versions: the Z530 (with a 1.6 GHz CPU) and the Z510 (only a 1.1GHz CPU). The nano-ITX will work great with point-of-sale machines, digital signage devices and other commercial applications.
