Recently Adobe has just announced their Creative Suite 4 and for any Photoshop user this means more power and high speed. That’s why Nvidia decided to unveil its Quadro CX accelerator that will smooth image navigation and manipulation in Photoshop while accelerating effects in Adobe’s After Effects and Premier Pro.
According to the manufacturer the new GPU will let you encode H.264 videos very fast thanks to its Cuda-enabled CS4 plug-in and will offer great video previews with uncompressed 30-bit color or 10-/12-bit SDI before final output.
In addition to all that the Quadro CX boasts with a 76.8GBps memory bandwidth with dual-DisplayPort connectors (up to 2560 x 1600 pixels), a 1.5GB (GDDR3) frame buffer and a single dual-link DVI with support for panels up to 3,840 x 2,400 @24Hz.
Nvidia’s Quadro CX GPU is available in stores starting today for $1,999.
