Nexar’s newest MP3 player is the Nextar MA588, also known as the Peanut.
The USB 2.0 device is available in two versions: 1GB and 2GB, each powered by a single AAA battery that will last for up to 12 hours. Also, the Peanut features user support in seven languages, associated play modes (repeat one, repeat all, shuffle, intro, repeat folder, and random) and seven equalizer modes.
Considering all this I can honestly say that this delicate 2-inch long audio device sound very tempting for a Christmas present. If you’re interested you should know that it will be available in five different colors (silver, blue, red, pink and black) in stores like Canadian Tire, Bon Ton, Staples and K-Mart for $19.99 (the 1GB model) and $29.99 (the 2GB model).
