According to some rumors the new Eee 1000H is a very complete netbook package but it has only one major weirdness: the right shift key is placed to the starboard side of the up arrow. It’s hard to say if your fingers will enjoy this change but the inner components really deserve a try.

The 1000HE boasts with a chiclet-style keyboard and a revised layout because the shift key is now on the left.

The new and improved battery life pays its respects to the 2.9 amp six-cell pack while Asus just announced an 802.11a and Bluetooth – enabled „HAE” model.

There is no information available on pricing and release date for both models but we’ll keep you posted.
