Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the world leader in manufacturing memory products, announced yesterday the release of the Data Traveler 200 (DT200), the world’s first 128GB USB Flash drive. Besides this large capacity the stick has password protection, allowing the user to carry around important data. “The robust storage capability lets consumers store complete libraries of music, photos and videos. It is also a great tool for business users who carry around large databases or files,” said Andrew Ewing, USB business manager at Kingston®. The stick is available with 32, 64 and 128 GB capacities. The dimensions of the stick are: 70.39mm x 12.52mm x 22.78mm. The price for the 128 version is around 546 US dollars and it can be ordered online or purchased in stores.
