Samsung has partnered with the local government to find a way and electrify the passports. So far, there has been no information on how these work but now, we have a proof of the flexible OLED passport display in action. It is a 2-inch, 240×320 AMOLED display that rotates the person’s head in 260k colors. The display also has a 10k:1 contrast if a RF source reader is activated. So far, no details were provided about when this passport will enter production but I have a suspicion that it will be soon.
