In US the sold model is Intel Atom Z520, with 1GB RAM and a hard drive of 16GB . The backlit display has 8.9-inch 1024×600 LED and it is touchscreen. The device supports WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth technology and also a 0.3 Meagpixel webcam.
