ZVOX has just announced the release of the compact speaker system called Z-Base 525. Some say it is the  smaller version of the IncrediBase 575. The fact of the matter is that the new Z-Base system fits on a standard 12-inch deep bookshelf and that can make miracles in an over crowded apartment.  The system has five speakers, a powered subwoofer, amplifiers all in one hand-built, cross-braced  low-profile wood (MDF) cabinet with some lacquered gloss black end panels. The top of the Z-Base 525 is made of scratch-resistant black vinyl. ZVOX Z-Base 525 has a 5.25-inch subwoofer and offers a total of 60W power output. The great thing is that the system is based on the PhaseCue technology for provides you with virtual surround sound for the price of $399.99.
