Asus just announced the release of the new EAH5800 Serie graphic cards. These are the first on the planet to use the Voltage Tweak technology. This technology enables the users to boost GPU voltages via the SmartDoctor application and this could mean about 38% improvement in performance. The two models are : EAH5870/2DIS/1GD5 and EAH5850/2DIS/1GD5. Both cards have support for DirectX 11. EAH5870 features 850MHz core clock speed, 4800MHz memory clock speed and 1GB GDDR5 video memory while the EAH5850 has 725MHz core clock, 4000MHz memory clock speed and 1GB video memory. They also use the PCI Express 2.0 interface.
