Sony is launching the new DRX-S70U-W slim and portable external multi-format DVD SuperMulti recorder. It is one of the most good-looking portable writers Sony has ever made and it uses the USB 2.0 interface. You can use this tool to burn DVD+/-R and DVD+RW at 8X, DVD+/-R dual layer and DVD-RW at 6X, DVD-RAM at 5X and CD-R/RW at 24X. If you will get one, in White or Black, you will see that it comes with Nero DVD/CD buring software. It will be in stores by October.
