Panasonic will release in Japan the new Let’s Note CF-S8 notebook PC. They have also announced the CF-N8 model. They both operate on Windows 7 OS. The S8 and N8 are almost identical, except the S8 comes with an integrated DVD SuperMulti burner. The models have an Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 2.53GHz processor, 2GB of RAM (Max 4GB), a 250GB hard drive, and integrated graphics. They also feature a 12.1-inch 1280×800 LCD display. Among others, they also have SD card slot, both WiFi 802.11a/b/g/n and Mobile WiMAX, an HDMI output and VGA output. They will be available on 22 October 2009.
