Corsair is presenting the new Reactor series and Nova series solid state drives. The 2.5 inch SSDs use MLC NAND flash memory and use SATA II interface. The former includes USB 2.0 external interface as well. They include full support for Windows 7 TRIM. It has 128MB cache memory. It is available in 60GB and 120GB capacities, which offer 110MB/s and 170MB/s write speeds respectively. They have 250MB/s read speed. Corsair’s Nova series has 270MB/s read and 190MB/s write while the latter has 270MB/s read and 130MB/s write.
