Arecont Vision is presenting the AV10005 Series. This is the world’s first H.264 Dual Mode 10 Megapixel/1080p camera. This can be bought in color, day/night and color auto-iris versions. It gives you 33 times the compared to standard definition VGA cameras and provides the versatility to crop the field-of-view to any resolution (5MP, 3MP, etc.). You simply select 4×3 or 16×9 (1080p HDTV) aspect ratio, and apply H.264 or MJPEG compression, in order to best suit the application. In the 10 Megapixel mode, this H.264 camera 3648×2752 pixel resolution at 6 fps and in 1080 mode, will offer full HD1920×1080 at 30 frames per second. With this tool you are able to use digitally pan, tilt and zoom live with multiple zoom windows.
