AMD will release the new ATI FirePro V8800 professional graphics card. This new V8800 sports one GPS with 1600 stream processors plus a 825MHz core clock speed. The device has 2GB GDDR5 memory with 147.2GB/s bandwidth. It comes with the ATI Eyefinity multi-display technology which is capable of driving up to 4 independent 30-inch displays. The FirePro V8800 supports DirectX 11.0, Shade Model 5.0, OpenGL 3.2, as well as ATI CrossFire Pro. It utilizes PCI Express 2.0 x16 interface and offers four DisplayPorts supporting a max resolution of 2560×1600 at 60Hz. The ATI FirePro V8800 costs $1499.
