The latest netbook added by Dell to the Latitude series is the 2120 model, which was designed with professional users, education and businesses in mind. The case of the 2120 has rubber added to it so it’s protected against potential drops. The processor of this netbook is either an Atom N550 or an N455, the RAM varies between 1 and 2 GB of RAM and the graphics are an integrated card called GMA 3150. The OS of the model is Free DOS, Ubuntu or Windows 7.
The display screen size has 10.1 inches, with a resolution of 1024 by 600. It comes with a mike and a webcam as well, in case you need to hold a meeting online. The HDD can go up to 320 GB at 7200 RPM, though the lower priced models have HDD’s of 5300 RPM and 250 GB of space. The users can also choose between 6 and 3 cell batteries. Other features include Bluetooth, SD cards, a HD media accelerator and 802.11n WiFi.
The Dell Latitude 2120 comes in three colors (black, red and blue) and it has a price tag of $474 for the cheapest model.
