Samsung Infuse 4G was initially shown at CES 2011 and now it was announced officially. It’s a phone with a thickness of just 8.99 mm in its thinnest point and that means that it’s the thinnest one available in the US right now.

The specs of the Samsung Infuse 4G are a huge 4.5 inch Super AMOLED plus screen, a processor at 1.2GHz, two cameras (8MP and 1.3MP) and also HSPA+ 4G connectivity. The OS of the phone will be Android 2.2 in the beginning but hopefully 2.3 is right around the corner.

The phone comes with a $25 voucher so that the first 500,000 customers can enjoy videos on their large screen phone, as well as the Angry Birds game, which will be preloaded and packing some levels designed just for users of the Infuse 4G. The release date is May 15 and the phone will cost $199.99 when you get a new 2 year contract with AT&T.
