The source code for Android 4.0 was released by Google just last week, and already developers are working hard on porting it to a number of smartphones which were launched recently. Two of these handsets already have an unofficial version of Android 4.0. These two are the LG Optimus 3D and the Samsung Galaxy S II.
Right now, these phones use just the basic functions of Android, with things like WiFi or Bluetooth missing at this point. Chances are that they will show up soon enough though. [Source]
