FCC is getting ready to release on the market the Jay-Z branded Motorola headphones. The look great but feature only a few interesting options.

These A2DP stereo Bluetooth Motorola headphones are Jay-Z branded and have a built-in external mic.

Unfortunately there is no information available on pricing and availability but all you Jay-Z fans out there will be properly informed about the official announcement as soon as possible.

SideWinder X6 Keyboard And X5 Mouse From Microsoft

Microsoft has a surprise for its fans and they will release in September a peripheral combo called Side Winder.

The X6 keyboard was made by Microsoft from the ground up and it’s the only peripheral on the market with a switchable key pad. When you’re not playing a game this key pad turns into a full-programmable macro pad. The device features two-color adjustable backlighting, mode switching and a price tag of $79.95.

The X5 mouse boasts with nine buttons, six DPI settings, a 2,000DPI laser tracking engine and a $59.95 price tag.

Swany’s g.cell Snowboard Glove

In the last few years the Bluetooth technology was successfully integrated into ski gear.

Swany is one of those companies famous for their gadgets and now their g-cell gloves feature a Bluetooth module, a vibrate functions, a microphone and a speaker. Whenever you receive a call you’ll feel a shake in the wrist and you can talk to the hand. The device will last 12 hours on standby and 4 hours of talk time.

The Swany’s g.cell snowboard glove is now available on the market for no less than $495.

Suunto X10

The Suunto Company is well-known for their wristop computers and now they’ve hit the market with the Suunto X10.

This small GPS device is very elegant and lightweight and can be used to record routes and waypoints and transfer them afterwards to your PC thanks to Suunto Track Exporter PC software. It is compatible with TOPO, National Geographic, Google Earth and many other digital mapping services.

Once you’ve chosen a pre-planned route, X10 will show you the direction, the remaining distance to the next waypoint and the estimated time of arrival.

The device features a barometer, a thermometer, an altimer, a digital compass and a standard time/stopwatch function. Starting this September, the Suunto X10 will be available in two colors with a battery that lasts for 33% longer than the X9i.

Lenovo ThinkPad X301

Lenovo’s ThinkPad X301 notebook PC is the smallest and lightest full-function laptop from its series.

Despite its measurements this is a resistant machine with up to 128 GB solid state drives, the latest DDR3 memory, Intel Core 2 Duo ultra low volt processor, ultra-thin DVD burner and support for DisplayPort and VGA.

The ThinkPad X301 provides high-speed mobile broadband and WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth and Ultra-Wideband technology. The laptop also uses Lenovo’s ThinkVantage Technologies, Access Connections tool and Internet access.

The ThinkPad X301 will hit the markets starting August 26th starting from $2,599.

A presentation of the new Treo 850 also known as Treo Pro has leaked on the Internet and now we can take a peak of the specs on this device.

This is a very pretty Palm and will be available on the market as a part of the 2009 line-up. Now, you can forget about the Nova operating system because this new baby comes running on Windows Mobile.

The Palm Treo Pro will be available in black and white and will boast with a 2.4-inch 320×320 resolution touch screen display, a wireless Wi-Fi button, a 400 MHz processor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, 100 MB RAM, 3G connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera and a microUSB connector.

Canon’s New Photo Printers

Canon is hitting the market with two new printers: the PIXMAP MP480 and the PIXMA MP190. Both of them are all-in-one devices that feature Auto Scan Mode. This means it can recognize the scanned document if it’s a Post Card, Photo, Business Card, Newspaper, Magazine or Document. Depending in the image type it will crop and save the files to a JPEG or PDF format.

The printers use Canon’s two-cartridge, four-color FINE (Full-photolithography Inkjet Nozzle Engineering) technology, ChromaLife 100 and 100+ dye ink systems and Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy II (PP-201).

In addition to all that you can use the Photo Album 3”x3” and print small pocket-sized albums.

Canon MP480 is priced at $99.99, the MP190 costs $69.99 and if you want you can equip them with a BU-30 Bluetooth adapter for an extra $49.99.

USB Koala Card Reader

Almost anyone is using nowadays memory card readers. If you still don’t have one then you should probably go out and buy it. Especially for girls and animal lovers the USB Koala Card Reader was designed.

For only $12 the gadget can handle everything in the SD family as it follows: SD, SDHC, MMC and if you use an adapter: miniSD and microSD. That’s pretty restrictive but if you’re not using other card formats it should do the trick.

If you take Koala’s head off you should see a USB connector in its neck for you to place the SD memory card. Just plug it into your computer and that’s it.

Olympus FE-340 is a new and affordable 8.0 megapixels camera that will soon become your best traveling partner. The camera is measuring only 2.7 inches and comes equipped with a 5x Optical Zoom.

But that’s not all. It also boasts with face detection technology, ISO sensitivity, shadow remover and red-eye correction. The camera has also a Blacklight Boost Button for better visibility and brightness.

Another important feature is the Guide menu. Just point to your question and the camera will teach you the right steps and will automatically set the correct shooting mode.

The Olympus FE-340 is available on the market for $179.99.

AvMap Geosat 6 Drive Safe System

AvMap’s Geosat 6 Drive Safe satellite navigation system is ready to hit the market any time now.

The device measures 133 x 83 x 21 mm and features a 4.8″ touch screen, Bluetooth and a built-in breathalyzer for testing if the driver is capable of driving the car safe. In addition to all that it has a text-to-speech function for street names, a stop planner function and a trip computer feature.

The device uses the ubox’s a LEA-5S GPS receiver module and boasts a Time-To-First-Fix of less than one second.

Unfortunately, there is no information available on pricing and availability.
