Nowadays projectors tend to be smaller and smaller for example, the Nippon Signal has released a SVGA compact color projector that’s no bigger than a cigarette box. That’s amazing considering how hard it is to carry around a big projector whenever your boss feels like doing a presentation.

The projector is that small because it features a smaller optical system with lenses and the MEMS scanner that uses RGB colors. But that’s not all. The SVGA compact color projector now boasts with great image quality that’s probably the best quality a projector should have.

Thank you Nippon Signal for making our work easier.

More and more Steampunk gadgets hit the market nowadays and now it’s time for the Steampunk Industrial Cuff Watch to enter the eBay world. The watch is 100% handmade and includes brass hardware and also tiny vintage clock parts and gears. The watch itself is a vintage quartz Giani-Giorgio.

Thanks to the brass buckles on the band it will fit wrists from 5 ½” on up to 8” in size. The band is made of soft red-brown leather and three different kinds of thick. Despite of all those gears, changing the battery is not as difficult as you might think because it’s protected only by two cup-screws.

If you’re interested place your bit right now because there are only 3 and ½ days to go until the sale is over.

The Urban Bike

Do you remember the Backpack Bike? Well the One by English designer Thomas Jowen is pretty much the same except for the compact form i think.

If you analyze the picture carefully you’ll see that the wheels will fold into circular frames that will fold once again like a suitcase. Also the entire design is weird. It has no chain so how the pedals can spin the wheels? They probably have a roller attached that will help spinning them on toothless gears. Last but not least the seat can be detached from the bicycle and you’ll have your bike to go.

With all these specs it’s hard to consider mass production for this urban vehicle, but then again… who knows?

iPhone Nano To Be Or Not To Be

A few years ago when iPod Nano hit the market it featured 4GB of storage space or 8GB but that was more than enough. Shorty the iPhone came along with its 8GB and reset the capacity boundaries. Now, you’re probably asking how big Cupertino will make the next iPhone Nano.

Besides the storage capacity this future smartphone will be smaller than its predecessor but with the same multi-touch screen and a touch wheel on the back. Also on the back the phone will include a dialing interface for the clumsy users.

Another great thing about the iPhone Nano is that it will cost less than $100 but unfortunately for now all these are only pure speculation.

SpaceX’s Falcon 1 Rocket Fails To Reach Orbit

Third time is a charm but not always. This week-end, SpaceX tried once again to launch into space a payload rocket but unfortunately they didn’t succeeded.

Only 5 minutes after liftoff the launch control announced a problem and stopped everything. According to Elon Musk, SpaceX chairman and CEO this was an unfortunate event but the problem will be fixed in no time and the rocket will be ready to launch.

Pentagon’s Operationally Responsive Space Office monitored all this because they had a minuscule satellite dubbed Trailblazer on Falcon 1.

We’ll keep you posted as soon as new information will be available.

There’s a rumor going on all over the Internet that announces an important price cut for Xbox 360. Behind all that there’s a VGChartz picture that shows an inventory system that points out a bad day for Xbox. On September 7th the device will have a price tag of $199.

It would be great if this will apply also to the 60GB and Elite but for now we can only daydream about it.

Until then the Rock Band 2 is ready to hit the market so Xbox fans get ready for some action.

The Busbi Digital Video Camera that I’m about to present is without any doubt a great gift idea (it looks good and it’s pretty cheap).

The device has an elegant design and features a 2-inch LCD display and no more than 4 buttons: On/Off, Record, Playback and Delete. You can connect it to your PC via USB or you to your TV via AV cable. In addition to all that it includes a 1GB SD card but if you want you can upgrade it to 2GB.

The Busbi Digital Video Camera is now available for order with a price tag of only £34.95.

BD300 is the newest Blu-ray player from LG than can handle Netflix streaming through the TV. You can use it to play Blu-ray disks, convert traditional DVDs to 1080p and stream 12,000 movies from Netflix to TV for free.

All this is possible because the device uses a wired broadband connection and Queue-based user interface. If you feel like watching a movie or a TV episode just enter the Netflix website and add the files to the instant Queues. You’ll have to run for popcorns because the movie will start in 30 seconds.

The package also includes a remote control that you can use in order to select files on the TV screen, rate movies, read synopses and of course to fast-forward or rewind the video stream.
